Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Additional duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@firstlady.co.za. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.
